Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath control to create a seamless flow of postures.
Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.
A yoga class with eight components: morality, ethics, posture, breath control, sense control, concentration, meditation and absorption. An intense yoga workout.
Flow Yoga focuses on core stability and increasing flexibility throughout our bodies. Core strength will help you align your body, build up protection for your lower back and help you move more efficiently. This class builds strength and balance physically and mentally and finishes with a focus on the breath and relaxation to gather the benefits of the physical work.
In this class you’ll experience a powerful and dynamic form of yoga. Positions are short and powerful enabling you to improve cardio endurance and your ability to focus on one activity for longer periods of time.
Broga® is slightly more challenging as it simultaneously incorporates traditional yoga to significantly open up tight areas like shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Expect a high energy upper or lower body session that will strengthen and tone your body in new ways, but also leave you feeling more mobile and flexible than ever before.
A slower paced class, you’ll hold postures for longer periods of time than other classes. With a greater focus on meditation and reflection, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
