David Lloyd Newhaven Harbour offers BLAZE: the ultimate full-body workout. Feel the burn with this HIIT class that combines cardio, strength and combat.
Taking place in our bespoke BLAZE studio, each session will see you move between woodway curve treadmills, a free weights bench and a combat zone. Plus, you can track your effort and performance as you go thanks to Myzone technology.
Exercise should always be fun and functional – and with our outdoor Battlebox classes for adults and families, you’ll get the opportunity to reclaim a sense of play in your workouts. Battlebox will challenge you physically and mentally with its combination of full-body fitness training, high-energy challenges and teamwork - all set in the great outdoors.
