Swimming at Eastbourne

If you're looking to burn calories and enjoy a low-impact workout, swimming is a great option. Our indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for practising your strokes and getting stronger in the water. Plus, if you want to get the little ones in to the water, we have an indoor splash pool for children and have expert coaches on hand to help them to learn to swim.
