Mat Pilates in Dundee

As well as yoga, you can enjoy Pilates mat classes. There are similarities between these two low-impact workouts, but one of the key differences is that unlike most styles of yoga, in Pilates you sometimes use resistance equipment as well as bodyweight. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core to benefit the whole body, but there's usually some flexibility work, too.

What to bring to a yoga class at David Lloyd Dundee & how to book

We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class. Think you might appreciate some extra grip? You can also bring your own non-slip grip socks and/or gloves.

Booking is stress-free with the David Lloyd Clubs app. Simply navigate to the timetable from the home screen and select the session you want.
