Yoga includes physical postures or ‘asanas’, breathing techniques and meditation. These classes will help to create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
This unique class blends basic Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga. A truly relaxing experience that will help to improve flexibility and strength.
Hatha is a more slow-paced and gentler yoga and can provide a good introduction to the basic yoga poses. It aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.
In Vinyasa Yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. This class is meditative, as well as physically challenging.
Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
