Membership at David Lloyd Derby

Beginner-friendly yoga classes in Derby

Yoga is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of ability.

Our experienced yoga instructors will guide you through the classes, providing advice and correction when necessary. They can adapt the sequences for different abilities, so beginners can mix with more experienced yogis.

The benefits of yoga

As a holistic form of exercise, yoga helps you take care of both mind and body. Classes include physical postures, or ‘asanas’, breathing techniques and, sometimes, meditation. Pilates in Derby

As well as our yoga classes, we also offer Pilates mat classes. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core to benefit the whole body, and there's usually some flexibility work too.
