From high-octane HIIT, dance fitness and group cycling to strength-building yoga and Reformer Pilates, our five studios host a large number of classes every week.

BLAZE classes
For the ultimate full-body workout, it has to be BLAZE - a unique HIIT class that combines strength training, cardio and martial arts moves. CYCLONE, a group cycling class, uses Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to be your best in the saddle. Become stronger, fitter and faster as you climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats - every class is different.
CYCLONE is perfect for anybody keen to improve their cycling performance. Your stats are displayed on screen as you ride and you can track your performance after each session, so you can push yourself to the limit and view your power output, speed and distance.
In the mood for a high-energy session? You need to try ING1TE, a class that takes inspiration from mixed martial arts. This workout helps build whole-body fitness as you kick, punch, jump and run.
After a series of exercises, there's one final round where you do as many reps as possible. Our expert coaches will help you get the most from each session, leaving you full of feel-good endorphins and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
Love yoga and Pilates? Escape the everyday with SPIRIT, our exclusive holistic class. The session combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet mind-soothing workout.
Set to subtly motivating music, each session journeys through exercises and postures that will enhance your strength, power and flexibility, before ending with a relaxing period of meditation to help reset your mind and body.
