Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a more slow-paced and gentler yoga and can provide a good introduction to the basic yoga poses. It aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath to create a seamless flow of postures.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, expect to build up a sweat.
Yin Yoga
A slower paced class, you’ll hold postures for longer periods of time than other classes. With a greater focus on meditation and reflection, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. Gentle and welcoming, they are on hand to help you whenever you may need it.
