Combining cardiovascular training with strength, boxing and martial arts skills, Blaze is a boutique-style, high-intensity session held in a purpose-built studio. Synced to upbeat dance music and dynamic coloured visuals, this full-body workout takes place across 3 zoned areas to provide a fast-paced and fun way to test yourself.
Get ready. A storm is coming. Cyclone, our brand new group cycling class uses world-leading Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to become fitter, stronger and faster. Climb hills, ride iconic roads or time trial across the flats – our classes are varied and are perfect for anybody keen to improve their cycling performance with the help of our expert instructors. Your stats are displayed on screen as your ride, too, so you can push yourself to the limit and track your power, speed and distance.
