Gentle in nature, our yoga classes are open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend. We welcome pregnant women in our classes, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
Our classes are led by qualified yoga instructors who will guide you through every pose and sequence. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
