Push yourself to the limit with our challenging group cycling sessions. Sprint, climb and work up a sweat with our motivating instructor-led classes, or take a virtual class – featuring footage of world-class races – to work around a more flexible schedule.
With its own purpose-built studio, Blaze combines cardiovascular training with strength, boxing and martial arts skills. The class is set to a variety of playlists developed by our partner DJ, and provides the ultimate full-body workout.
