Push yourself to the limit with our challenging group cycling sessions. Sprint, climb and work up a sweat with our motivating instructor-led classes, or take a virtual class – featuring footage of world-class races – to work around a more flexible schedule.

With its own purpose-built studio, Blaze combines cardiovascular training with strength, boxing and martial arts skills. The class is set to a variety of playlists developed by our partner DJ, and provides the ultimate full-body workout.

Battlebox

Our classes will challenge you both physically and mentally with a combination of full-body fitness training, testing challenges and the need for teamwork - all set in a dedicated outdoor training zone. Plus, it's not just for adults - Battlebox Play is all about getting fitter and having fun as a family, incorporating speed, agility, strength and balance.

Cyclone

Cyclone, our latest group cycling class, uses Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster in the saddle. Climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats – every class is different and is perfect for anybody keen to improve their cycling performance with the help of our expert instructors. Your stats are displayed on screen as you ride and you can track your performance after each class, so you can push yourself to the limit and view your power output, speed and distance.

Rhythm is a revolutionary cycle class designed to work your body and free your mind.
