Perfect for beginners

Yoga

Yoga will help you to bring balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. Just one session can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.

Concentration meets attention to detail

Ashtanga Yoga

A yoga class with eight components: morality, ethics, posture, breath control, sense control, concentration; meditation and absorption. An intense yoga workout.

Iyengar Yoga

This form of yoga is known for its use of props - including belts, blocks, and blankets - as aids in performing postures and characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. We recommend this class for members that are experienced in yoga practice.

A seamless combination of intensity and flexibility

Broga®

Broga® is slightly more challenging as it simultaneously incorporates traditional yoga to significantly open up tight areas like shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Expect a high energy upper or lower body session that will strengthen and tone your body in new ways, but also leave you feeling more mobile and flexible than ever before.

Yogalates

This unique class blends basic Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga. A truly relaxing experience that will help you de-stress while improving flexibility and strength.

Yoga Mindfulness

Joining together yoga and mindfulness, this special session incorporates an extended period of relaxation at the end of the class. Bringing balance and harmony to both the body and mind, it will reduce stress, leaving you feeling calm and peaceful.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone is welcome. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
