Kids classes in Aberdeen

Be Brave. Be Kind. Feel Strong. Wellness Warriors is a kids class that includes games and activities to help children to improve concentration, co-ordination and strength. Classes take inspiration from yoga and mindfulness to encourage kids to engage and focus their minds while boosting self-esteem and managing their worries. Each class will feature breathing activities and play, before ending with relaxation exercises and a wellbeing tip.
