The David Lloyd Clubs mobile app is compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch (iOS 8.0.0 or later) and Android phones on OS 5.0 or later.
While our clubs are closed, you can access on-demand workouts, live-streamed classes from our leading instructors and find great ways to keep you and your family entertained. When we reopen you can view timetables, book classes and racquets courts while you're on the move.

Yes our mobile app is only available to members.
Once you’ve downloaded the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, open it up and tap ‘Register’. Enter your email address and a password, tap ‘Continue’ and then add your name. Tap ‘Continue’ and then add your membership number - this can be found on your membership card. Once completed you’ll be sent an email to verify your account. Verify the email and you’re all set to go! Watch the video at the top of the page for a step-by-step guide.
You can find your membership number on your membership card, under your name.
Passwords are case sensitive, so check that you’re entering the correct characters. If this doesn’t work, try resetting your password by clicking ‘Reset password’. You’ll then be sent an email containing a link to set a new password. If after this, you’re still having problems logging in, please email us [email protected]
If you’ve forgotten your password, open the app and tap ‘Forgot password’ on the home screen. Enter your email address into the field and click 'Reset password'. You'll then be sent an email containing a link to set a new password.

Keeping your app up-to-date helps make sure you’re seeing the latest content and improvements. You can set your phone to update apps automatically whenever a new version is available, or use the steps below to update manually. Updating an iPhone: Tap the App Store icon and then Tap the Account section in the top right corner. Under ‘Available updates’ find the David Lloyd Clubs app. (If there’s no update showing then that means you’re on the latest version. Tap ‘Update’. (It’s best to make sure you’re on Wifi when you do this.) Updating an Android: Open the Google Play Store app and Tap Menu > My apps & games. Apps with an update available are labelled 'Update'. (If there’s no update showing then that means you’re on the latest version). Tap ‘Update’. (It’s best to make sure you’re on Wifi when you do this.)
Once you’ve logged into the app, you’ll be taken to a screen with two options at the bottom: ‘Live’ and ‘On Demand’. Tapping ‘Live’ will take you to the Live workout timetable. Select a class from the timetable to find out more and book. Tapping ‘On Demand’ will take you to our extensive selection of pre-recorded classes and workouts. Choose from HIIT, yoga, strength and conditioning and many more and watch at a time that suits you.
Once you’ve booked a Live class, to view simply head to the ‘My bookings’ section of the app 10 minutes before the class start time (you’ll find this in the top right hand corner of the home screen). Tap ‘Open Livestream’ and enjoy!
Please ensure that your phone is not on Silent mode. When the video starts playing, tap the screen, or change the volume, to ensure that the video is unmuted. If this doesn't work and you are on an iPhone please ensure your phone is not in 'Low power mode'. You can turn this off by going to Settings > Battery

Please ensure that you are on the latest version of the David Lloyd/Harbour Clubs app and have Bluetooth settings set to allow. Please note we only currently support Apple Airplay and Chromecast, we are working on other casting options such as Firestick, Roku and Smart TVs. For Chromecast when you are in range of your TV, on the 'Watch Now' button, you will see a cast button which will allow you to cast to your TV. If you have an Apple TV you can also use the screen mirroring in the video player to play the videos on your screen.
If you have an Apple TV, you can use screen mirroring via the Airplay button in the video player to play LIVE classes on your TV. We are working on other casting options such as Firestick, Roku and Smart TVs.
If you want to plan your schedule to take advantage of reminders and be notified about any changes to the class then booking on in advance is advised, however, it is not compulsory - up to 10 minutes before the start time, you can click through the class to launch the live stream.
Live class bookings can be made via the mobile app from 8pm, 9 days in advance.
Your booking will show in the 'My Bookings' section of the app (calendar icon top right) if it's within 10 minutes of the class start time, there will be a 'Launch Livestream' link. Click this to play the live video stream.
If you cancel we won't communicate to you if there are changes to the schedule, but there is no impact on other members if you don't.
We have a range of content for families and children in the 'MORE' section of the app.
After each LIVE class, the following day, it will be available via the 'ON DEMAND' section of the app.
No, there is no fixed limit to the number of participants so no other members are impacted if you book and don't show or cancel.
Yes, there is no restriction to our online and app content.

If your friends are members, they will already have access. If they are not, we have an @home app membership available through the website for £4.99 per month.
New exercise and class content will be uploaded regularly - we hope to include a new Wellness section as well as build on the Nutrition section soon.

All of our existing classes and workouts don't require any special equipment.
As we add more and more content, we will reach a point where others will need to be replaced - however, we will only replace the least popular content if that is the case
Please check again later or hard refresh the app by closing it down and opening it again. If this doesn't work, then delete, reinstall and login to check.
All content is free for David Lloyd Club members.

You can be on freeze and still access this content. Given clubs are shut, all members are effectively on freeze.

Your membership number can be found on your membership card. It's the shorter string of numbers or a combination of letters and numbers underneath your name.
There are low intensity classes under the “Core, Strength & Conditioning” under the 'On Demand' section with more being added. The Pilates and Yoga live classes and those under 'On Demand' are also suitable options.
The livestream link will only be available within 10 minutes of the class starting. Visit the 'My Bookings' section of the app (menu top right).
Yes. When you search for the app in AppStore, ensure you change the setting to search for iPhone apps. Your search will then include all iPhone apps too.
