Mobile app FAQs

The new David Lloyd Clubs app will help you get the most out of your membership. We've put together some frequently asked questions to give you more information about using the app.

The app is compatible with devices running at least iOS 13 and later or Android 6 and later.

If you're on a mobile, you can download the app from the App Store or Google PlayStore.

Will my existing David Lloyd Clubs app still work?

The new David Lloyd Clubs app will replace the existing app on the App stores on 26th April 2022. We advise all members to download the new David Lloyd Clubs app as soon as possible.

Will installing the new David Lloyd Clubs app change any of my existing bookings?

No, all your bookings will appear in the My Bookings section in the new David Lloyd Clubs app.

I have registered on the new David Lloyd Clubs app using my phone. The app prompted me to enter my membership number, where can I find this?

Your phone number may not have matched the one we have on file. To protect your account, we have asked for your membership number and date of birth. You can find your membership number on your David Lloyd Clubs card or in your membership emails.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do to resolve this?

On the David Lloyd Clubs app where it says, ‘your password is incorrect’ select ‘forgot password. This will take you through the steps to reset your password using a verification code sent to you by SMS. Once verified, you can reset your password and biometrics so in the future you can use Face ID or Touch ID to log into the app.

Can I continue to order food and drinks using the existing @table app?

The existing @table app will be removed from the app store soon. Going forward, all orders must be done through the new David Lloyd Clubs app. We recommend that you download the new David Lloyd Clubs app as soon as possible so you can continue to enjoy all your favourite food and drinks at our clubs.

Can I cancel bookings on the new David Lloyd Clubs app?

Yes, you can easily cancel bookings on the app. Standard booking and cancellation rules still apply.

Can I continue to access the at-home content as I do today?

Going forward, all our on-demand content will be available through the new David Lloyd Clubs app only. We recommend you download the new app as soon as possible so you can access 171 on-demand videos.

Can I still log in via the David Lloyd website members lounge?

If you are an existing member: you can still log in via the David Lloyd website member’s lounge. If you change your password in the new David Lloyd Clubs app you will still have to use your previous password to log into the David Lloyd website. If you are a new member: you will not be able to login into the David Lloyd website member’s lounge.

Can I still log in to a Boditrax kiosk?

If you are an existing member: you will be able to access Boditax kiosks. However, if you change your password in the new David Lloyd Clubs app you will still have to use your previous password to access a Boditrax kiosk. If you are a new member, you will not be able to access a Boditrax kiosk.

How do I update my club membership to BLAZE Studio, Meridian or Harbour Clubs on the David Lloyd Clubs app?

Members will not be able to change club to BLAZE Studio, Meridian or Harbour Clubs on the David Lloyd Clubs app. You must use your email address and password login credentials to access the standalone apps for each club.

How do I use the Face ID and Touch ID?

If you want to use the Face ID and Touch ID, you must enable biometrics to use this functionality. Please accept the pop-up to allow the app to use Face ID and Touch ID
