No, David Lloyd Clubs @home is currently available free of charge to anyone over 18.
Once you’ve downloaded the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, open it up and tap ‘Already a member’. You'll need to add a few personal details including your membership number (this can be found on your membership card under your name) and then you can start exploring all of the great @home content.
You can find your membership number on your membership card, under your name.
Registering for our great @home content takes less than a minute. Once you’ve downloaded the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, open it up and tap ‘Join @home for free'. Then, simply enter an email address and a password, tap 'Continue' and then enter your name and phone number. You'll then need to read and agree to our terms and conditions before tapping 'Continue' and that's it, you're ready to get started!
No problem. Once you've downloaded the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, open it up and tap ‘Join @home for free'. Then simply complete the registration steps to create a new account.
Passwords are case sensitive, so check that you’re entering the correct characters. If this doesn’t work, try resetting your password by clicking ‘Reset password’. You’ll then be sent an email containing a link to set a new password. If after this, you’re still having problems logging in, please email us at [email protected]
If you’ve forgotten your password, open the app and tap ‘Forgot password’ on the home screen. Enter your email address into the field and click 'Reset password'. You'll then be sent an email containing a link to set a new password.

Keeping your app up-to-date helps make sure you’re seeing the latest content and improvements. You can set your phone to update apps automatically whenever a new version is available, or use the steps below to update manually. Updating an iPhone: Tap the App Store icon and then Tap the Account section in the top right corner. Under ‘Available updates’ find the David Lloyd Clubs app. (If there’s no update showing then that means you’re on the latest version. Tap ‘Update’. (It’s best to make sure you’re on Wifi when you do this.) Updating an Android: Open the Google Play Store app and Tap Menu > My apps & games. Apps with an update available are labelled 'Update'. (If there’s no update showing then that means you’re on the latest version). Tap ‘Update’. (It’s best to make sure you’re on Wifi when you do this.)
Once you’ve logged into the app, you’ll be taken to our home screen where you’ll see two option at the bottom: ‘Timetable’ and ‘On Demand’. Tapping ‘Timetable’ will take you to the @home workout timetable. Select a class from the timetable to find out more and book. Tapping ‘On Demand’ will take you to our extensive selection of pre-recorded classes and workouts. Choose from HIIT, yoga, strength and conditioning and many more and watch at a time that suits you.
Once you’ve booked an @home class, to view simply head to the ‘My bookings’ section of the app 10 minutes before the class start time (you’ll find this in the top right hand corner of the home screen). Tap ‘Open Livestream’ and enjoy!
Please ensure that your phone is not on Silent mode. When the video starts playing, tap the screen, or change the volume, to ensure that the video is unmuted. If this doesn't work and you are on an iPhone please ensure your phone is not in 'Low power mode'. You can turn this off by going to Settings > Battery

Please ensure that you are on the latest version of the David Lloyd/Harbour Clubs app and have Bluetooth settings set to allow. Please note we only currently support Apple Airplay and Chromecast, we are working on other casting options such as Firestick, Roku and Smart TVs. For Chromecast when you are in range of your TV, on the 'Watch Now' button, you will see a cast button which will allow you to cast to your TV. If you have an Apple TV you can also use the screen mirroring in the video player to play the videos on your screen.
If you have an Apple TV, you can use screen mirroring via the Airplay button in the video player to play LIVE classes on your TV. We are working on other casting options such as Firestick, Roku and Smart TVs.
If you want to plan your schedule to take advantage of reminders and be notified about any changes to the class then booking on in advance is advised, however, it is not compulsory - up to 10 minutes before the start time, you can click through the class to launch the live stream.
Live class bookings can be made via the mobile app from 8pm, 9 days in advance.
Your booking will show in the 'My Bookings' section of the app (calendar icon top right) if it's within 10 minutes of the class start time, there will be a 'Launch Livestream' link. Click this to play the live video stream.
No you don't. If you cancel we won't communicate to you if there are changes to the schedule, but there is no impact on other members if you don't.
We have a range of content for families and children in the 'MORE' section of the app.
After each class, the following day, it will be available via the 'ON DEMAND' section of the app.
No, there is no fixed limit to the number of participants so no other members are impacted if you book and don't show or cancel.
Yes, there is no restriction to our online and app content.

If your friends are members, they will already have access. If they're not, they can currently register for free for our @home membership.

Yes. If you are a current member whose membership is frozen, using David Lloyd Clubs @home will not affect your membership.

Yes. When you search for the app in AppStore, ensure you change the setting to search for iPhone apps. Your search will then include all iPhone apps too.
