Meditation and reflection

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath to create a seamless flow of postures.

Yin Yoga

A slower paced class, you’ll hold postures for longer periods of time than other classes. With a greater focus on meditation and reflection, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Intensity meets balance

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, expect to build up a sweat.

A seamless combination of body alignment and breathing techniques

Iyengar Yoga

This form of yoga is known for its use of props - including belts, blocks, and blankets - as aids in performing postures and characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. We recommend this class for members that are experienced in yoga practice.

Kundalini Yoga

This form of yoga includes dynamic body exercises combined with various breathing techniques.

Yoga for everyone

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert yoga instructors

Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every movement and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.\ \ Click here to check our timetable > \ Enquire today
