At David Lloyd Raynes Park, we pride ourselves on being the best possible place for your children to learn to swim. Our friendly, experienced and patient instructors are qualified to provide swimming lessons for children from just 3 months old.
All of our swim instructors are Swim England qualified and are carefully selected to ensure they meet the standards we require.
Our swimming lessons for kids are divided into stages and designed to suit your child's ability, so you should see them progress through the different levels. They'll move from basic skills, buoyancy and balance, to more complex techniques such as backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
Swimming is a valuable skill to develop at any time of life, which is why at David Lloyd Raynes Park we offer adult swimming lessons. Learning to swim will help you to feel comfortable around water and means you can get more from your Club membership.
Beginner classes teach water safety and basic technique in small groups, helping you feel more confident.
Improver lessons focus on increasing your swimming distance and refining techniques across various strokes.
Advanced swimmers can join Master Swim sessions, which target specific techniques with a different focus each week for continuous improvement.
