Our enhanced Reformer timetable is now live, with additional beds and more classes throughout the week, giving you even greater flexibility. Our 45-minute Reformer sessions, included in Platinum and Diamond memberships, feature three distinct styles: Reformer Align, a stretch and mobility-focused class designed to support recovery and improve posture; Reformer Refine, a technique-led session based on the classical repertoire to build strength, control and precision; and Reformer Define, a dynamic, higher-intensity workout for those looking to challenge themselves. The Club also runs 60-minute small group Reformer sessions, available at an additional cost, for those looking for an even more personalised experience.
