LES MILLS GRIT? Series is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. This workout comprises of 3 styles: Plyo- with plyometric based exercises, Strength- using bodyweight and resistance and Cardio- using high and low impact bodyweight exercises. The class style will change week to week, to give you variety and ensure you gain an all round approach to GRIT. If you are new to exercise, we recommend you speak to the instructor before the class for suitability and/or level options.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

A fun and energising class that incorporates aerobic exercises in the swimming pool, using the water as resistance. Some classes may incorporate the use of buoyancy aids.

Hatha yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha Yoga is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing. This class is ideal for all levels of participant, including those new to Yoga.

This high energy class on a stationary bike gets you pedalling hard and fast, improving your endurance and strength.

A slower paced exercise programme that focuses on overall conditioning of the body. The class will include exercises to improve strength and flexibility.

This session is designed to simply lengthen the body and increase flexibility and mobility.

Swim All Stars - ASA Stage 1

Sports based sessions giving children the opportunity to try out a variety of different sports from volleyball to quik cricket to tag rugby. There's something for everyone !

Swim All Stars - ASA Stage 2

Learn to play for 14-15 year olds Played on a full size tennis court with the full ball, players learn the sport through coaching, matchplay and social interaction.

Learn to play for 12-13 year olds Played on a full size tennis court with the full ball, players learn the sport through coaching, matchplay and social interaction.

Swim All Stars - ASA Stage 3

These sessions are designed to concentrate on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso. A gentle but highly effective session for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injury.

Join our DL Kids coaches in the clubroom for a fun packed session of mixed activities.

Swim All Stars - ASA Stage 5

New to Cycling classes and want to learn more before you book your first class? This 30 minute session will be an introduction to the benefits of classes such as Group and Stages Power Cycling. You will take part in a 15 minute cycling class so you can experience the different style of cycling class (RPM/Group or Stages Cycling) and have any of your questions answered. The aim of the session is to help you feel more confident when you attend your first class with us. You will be active during the session, so workout kit is a must!
