New to Stages Power Cycling? This intro will help you understand the use of wattage (power) during the Stages or Group Cycling Classes. There will be a 10-15 minute warm up, using the display console to guide you through the 'Stages' and how to uderstand the information diplayed. You will then complete a 5 minute 'FTP' test to measure your 'max watts', and then your instructor will show you how to map your wattage to the 7 zones of training, using a power card or Mobile App if you prefer.
