You will be 'told what to do' by the men in the car from 'Do As You're Told', followed by taking orders from John Degenkolb in 'The Rookie' and finally telling your legs to 'shut up' as you attack the final climb from 'Angels'. Due to the effort levels required, this ride is recommended for all indoor/outdoor cyclists- please adjust the 'RPE' to suit your fitness level.
