In Vinyasa Yoga, you’ll follow a seamless flow of postures while focusing on your breath. Physically challenging as well as meditative, this is great class.
Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. A slow-paced and gentler form of yoga, it can provide a good introduction to the basic yoga poses.
Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also welcome pregnant women, although we advise you consult with your doctor first.
Our classes are led by experienced and capable yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
