In this class you’ll experience a powerful and dynamic form of yoga. Positions are short and powerful enabling you to improve cardio endurance and your ability to focus on one activity for longer periods of time. Try it at our Cheadle club.
Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. A slow-paced and gentler form of yoga, it can provide a good introduction to the basic yoga poses.
Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath to create a seamless flow of postures. Try a class at our Cheadle club.
Ashtanga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, expect to build up a sweat.
Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend yoga classes at Cheadle. Classes are open to anyone: old or young, injured, fit or unfit, supple or inflexible, male or female.
