In our CYCLONE group cycling classes, instructors customise inclines, time trials, and playlists to help each individual rider push to their next level. RHYTHM, meanwhile, incorporates music, colours, and lights, as well as dumbbells and upper body movements, to create a fun, energetic workout like no other.
If you are new to a class, it's a good idea to arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor, get familiar with your bike, and meet your classmates. As always, comfortable workout gear is a must. You may also want to wear cycle shoes to improve your contact with the pedals and maximise your efficiency.
