This October, we’re challenging everyone to complete My Swim Ride Run – the triathlon you can do in chunks, so you don’t end up in bits!
Whether this is the first triathlon you’ve taken on or you’re a seasoned pro, you have 31 days to complete it whenever you want, in a way that’s a challenge for you.
Take part on your own, with friends or with your family - however you choose to complete it, you'll be raising money to power the British Heart Foundation's life-saving heart research.
What triathlons can I do?
We have a triathlon for all levels of fitness. Check out the distances below and decide which one is right for you.
Sprint triathlon: 750m swim/20km ride/5km run
Olympic triathlon: 1.5km swim/40km ride/10km run
Half triathlon: 1.9km swim/90km ride/21.09km run
Full triathlon: 3.8km swim/180km ride/42.195km
Suggested distances for children taking part
8-12 years: 200m swim/10km ride/1.5km run
13-15 years:400m swim/15km ride/3km run
16-17 years: Sprint Distance: 750m swim/20km ride/5km run
