Yoga

Through different postures and breath, these sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Yogalates

This unique class blends basic Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga. A truly relaxing experience that will help you de-stress while improving flexibility and strength.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone: old or young, injured, fit or unfit, supple or inflexible, male or female. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert yoga instructors

Our experienced yoga teachers will guide you through your practice, helping to adjust poses to suit your individual body and its needs.
