Looking for a real challenge? Join our Triathlon club. It’s led by our expert coaching team, including professional triathlete Charlotte Saunders – so you’ll really be in safe hands! Whether you’re training for an event or just love staying fit, the classes are perfect. If there’s a particular area you want to work on, we also have a running club, masters swim classes to improve your stroke, and loads of instructor-led and virtual group cycling classes every week! Plus, our quarterly Triathlon Masterclasses are incredible day-long events, run by professionals in swimming, cycling and running, giving coaching, training tips and even a mental preparation seminar – don’t miss it!

With so many different types of classes, you really will be spoilt for choice. Try our High Impact studio for classes like aerobics, circuit training and BODYCOMBAT™, or head over to the Mind & Body studio for Yoga, Pilates or BODYBALANCE™. And that’s just the start – our group cycling studio runs loads of virtual and instructor-led cycling classes throughout the day and we’ve got fantastic gym-floor classes including the SYNRGY360 series – there’s so much for you to try!
