Here at David Lloyd Warrington we offer a great range of yoga classes. They are the perfect way to stretch, increase your flexibility, muscle strength and tone.
We’ve got a huge range of classes available across our three group exercise studios. For example, our Mind & Body studio has Vinyasa Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to name a few, while our High Impact studio has a fabulous choice of high energy training, including BODYCOMBAT™, Zumba® and the terrific Les Mills GRIT™ series.
