Yoga

Through postures and breath, these sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, expect to build up a sweat.

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are completely new to yoga, or have been practicing for years, we welcome all.

Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
