Our members love the gym here – it’s full of loads of great kit, so you don’t have to wait for machines. We’ve got loads of room too, so we’ve divided it up into special zones including free weights, stretching, and TRX, to create a really comfortable environment for you to focus on your workout. If you need a little boost to your routine try out our gym floor classes, including HIIT, Abs Blast and Simply Stretch, plus regular taster sessions to help you use the equipment in the most effective way.
