Welcome to our health club in Teesside

You’ll find David Lloyd Teesside tucked away alongside Middlesbrough’s River Tees, next to the Tees Barrage. We’re a real family club here, with fantastic facilities available for members of all ages, helping you spend social time together as a family as well as enjoying individual activities. We've even recently expanded our family changing rooms to give a little extra helping hand to those visiting the club with young children.

As you’d expect, our brilliant gym in Middlesbrough is fitted with loads of the very best kit and equipment, so you don’t have to waste time waiting around for the piece of equipment you want to use. We also offer a huge variety of fitness classes to help give you that extra motivation in a group exercise environment. If racquet sports are more your thing, you'll love our indoor and outdoor tennis courts - great for playing on all year round. 

We're also home to two heated swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, so you can enjoy a swim in comfort throughout the year. You’ll find so many ways here to stay fit, try new things, enjoy time as a family as well as keeping the kids entertained when you need a little time to yourself.
