Try our fantastic range of classes

Group cycling

Try Group Cycling

For a low-impact, whole-body workout, you can’t beat group cycling. We’ve a range of classes at different levels, so however fit you feel, we know there’s a class that’s just right for you. Simply choose between an instructor-led session in our dedicated studio, or hop on one of our Wattbikes in the gym for a virtual Sufferfest session. Sufferfest uses screens to simulate sprints and climbs in all sorts of different scenery, taking indoor cycling to a whole new level.
