We don’t just want to wear you out though – we’ve got great facilities to help you relax, including beautiful spa facilities and an amazing cafebar area with play frames so that the kids can entertain themselves while you enjoy a little time to yourself. We've recently refreshed our showers & changing rooms too, so you can ready yourself before and after your workout comfortably and with plenty of space.
