Whether weights, cardio, or stretching, the gym here at David Lloyd Sudbury Hill is packed full of equipment, with dedicated spaces for different types of workout. Plus, our Personal Trainers love what they do and really know their stuff. So if you ever need a bit of motivation, some ideas to boost your workout, or some help using a piece of kit, just ask – they’re here to help! 

Exercise & Fitness Sudbury Hill

The gym here at Sudbury Hill is on the second floor and overlooks our fabulous 25m indoor pool. If cardio’s your thing, we have 24 treadmills, 20 cross trainers and two different types of bike, which are all guaranteed to get your heart racing. If you prefer weights, or functional training, we have zoned areas with the ideal equipment to help you get the most out of your workout.
