Yoga

Yoga includes physical postures or ‘asanas’, breathing techniques and meditation. It can transform your health on many different levels, improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Our yoga classes will help to create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

Virtual Yoga

Led by an on-screen instructor, these sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Slower-paced and gentler, it provides a good introduction to basic yoga poses.

Virtual Broga®

Led by an on-screen instructor, this class is similar to a regular Broga® class. Expect a high energy upper, lower or whole body session that will improve flexibility as well as strength.

Virtual Yoga for Athletes

This is session is led by an on screen instructor to help you improve in your chosen athletic discipline- bringing strength, flexibility, balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. This session can also encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment and enhance the feeling of wellbeing.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is inclusive and welcoming of all: old or young, injured, fit or unfit, supple or inflexible, male or female, everyone has their place.

Expert yoga instructors

Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
