Hatha Yoga

Hatha is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing. Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Ashtanga Yoga

A yoga class with eight components: morality, ethics, posture, breath control, sense control, concentration, meditation and absorption. An intense yoga workout be prepared to break a sweat.

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga is concerned with bodily alignment - the precise way in which your body should be positioned in each pose in order to obtain the maximum benefits and avoid injury. Poses are typically held for longer periods versus moving quickly from one pose to the next.

Yin Yoga

A slower paced class, you’ll hold postures for longer periods of time than other classes. With a greater focus on meditation and reflection, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Gentle in nature, our yoga classes are open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We welcome pregnant women in our classes, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert yoga instructors

Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
