David Lloyd Southampton can offer you whatever you're looking for in a fitness club. We have a newly refurbished gym equipped with all the latest technology (and stunning views over the city), a large range of instructor-led and virtual group exercise classes, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and fun activities for the kids.

If racquet sports are more your thing, we've also got tennis courts across 4 different surfaces available for you to use, as well as facilities for both squash and badminton. What's more, we've recently added a new, state-of-the-art PlaySight Tennis SmartCourt system which allows players to review play from multiple angles and get in depth player statistics.

So whether you're training for a sporting event, just want to get fitter, lose weight, or have a tennis game, our club will cater for all your needs.

More than just a gym

Here at David Lloyd Southampton we’re in a great location – easily accessible from the M271 and the centre of town. Current members tell us that we're more than just a place where they can keep fit and healthy - we're somewhere they can relax too. Our DLicious cafebar forms the centre of the club, and is perfect for enjoying a quick post-workout snack, a coffee with friends or even a family meal at the weekend. You'll find that there's plenty going on to entertain you, with fun events such as themed buffets and regular quiz nights on our busy social calendar.
