Great news, you can now get fitter, stronger and have FUN together! This session is a fun, gym based exercise session encouraging families to 'play' whilst getting fitter as a family.  Based on our gym floor FUNctional area with a dedicated Trainer, suitable for 8 years and over. Please only book this session if you and your child/children are attending together. For safety reasons there should be a maximum of 2 children per 1 adult.
