Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing. These classes aim to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga concentrates on movement, breathing and transitions from one posture to another. Moves and postures are sequenced together to the beat of music, providing a an enjoyable and fast-paced form of yoga.

Yogalates

This unique class blends together basic Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga. Improve your flexibility and strength while relaxing and de-stressing.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert yoga instructors

Our classes are led by knowledgeable yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
