Dance your way to fitness

If you love to try out different group exercise classes then you’ve got to give our dance sessions a go. We run Clubbercise and Zumba within the club and our members love it. If you feel like a party, Clubbercise is for you. We turn on the colourful disco to really get the party started – and we even hand out glow sticks too! With three sessions each week, come along and try one out.

Group Exercise at Solihull Fitness

We have a huge range of group exercise classes here at David Lloyd Solihull Fitness – you’ll never run out of choice. Our High impact studio is on the top floor of the building with the gym and that’s where we hold all our high intensity and holistic classes. Whether you like the Les Mills series including BODYCOMBAT™ BODYPUMP™ and BODYATTACK™, or something to tone like Pilates and Yoga, there will be something for you to try. Plus, the studio lets in lots of natural light and is a great place to work out, but we also have blinds for the more tranquil classes where a different mood needs to be set. If you like Group Cycling we have a dedicated area within the gym for all these sessions – there are 22 bikes and lots of fun classes to join. That’s not all – we have a brilliant triathlon club that is run by Laura Smith. There are three sessions every week, each focusing on the either swimming, cycling, or running – it’s a great way to get involved in triathlons, and make some new friends!
