Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath to create a seamless flow of postures. Try a class at our Reading club.

Iyengar Yoga

This form of yoga is known for its use of props - including belts, blocks, and blankets - as aids in performing postures and characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. We recommend this class for members that are experienced in yoga practice.

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga focuses on core stability and increasing flexibility throughout our bodies. Core strength will help you align your body, build up protection for your lower back and help you move more efficiently. This class builds strength and balance physically and mentally.

Power Yoga

In this class you’ll practice a powerful and dynamic form of yoga. Positions are short and powerful enabling you to improve cardio endurance and your ability to focus on one activity for longer periods of time.

Yoga welcomes people of every age and ability. Poses are easily able to be adapted by instructors to suit your individual body and its needs, so regardless of your level of fitness or flexibility, you will feel comfortable and accommodated.

Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
