If you’ve never heard of Reformer Pilates, but like holistic classes, then you’re going to love this. It’s performed on a Reformer Pilates bed which, if you’ve not seen one, looks a little like a rowing machine with various different springs to increase or decrease tension. In the classes, you’ll work through various exercises, and the biggest benefit is how quickly it will help you tone up. Members here at David Lloyd Raynes Park love the sessions!
