Whatever your experience, you’ll find a huge range of holistic classes in our dedicated Mind & Body studio. We’ve got brilliant yoga and Pilates instructors, running some really popular sessions. Yoga and Pilates both increase your strength – yoga also makes you more relaxed, more flexible, and improves your muscle tone and energy levels, while Pilates focuses on your core and cuts stress – what’s not to love?

Exercise Classes Purley

Members tell us that they love our three Group Exercise studios and with 67 classes running each week, there’s plenty to try! The classes in our High Impact Studio focus on getting your body moving and your heart pumping. Give your legs a workout in our group Cycling Studio that has 26 bikes just waiting for you to hop on. And our Mind & Body Studio is the perfect tranquil space to enjoy a holistic class like yoga or Pilates.
