Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Virtual Yoga

Led by an on-screen instructor, these classes will help to bring you calm, clarity and an overall sense of inner well-being, as well as developing both your strength and flexibility.

Virtual Yoga Calm

Led by an on-screen instructor, Yoga Calm aims to restore peace, calm and clarity in the body and mind. This gentle class will guide you through body 'opening' poses, loosening tension and relieving stress. Moving at a slower pace and holding stretches longer will allow you to relax your mind and your body.

Virtual Yoga for Runners

This is session is led by an on screen instructor to help you improve your running- bringing strength, flexibility, balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. This session can also encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment and enhance the feeling of wellbeing.

This is session is led by an on screen instructor to help you improve in your chosen athletic discipline- bringing strength, flexibility, balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. This session can also encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment and enhance the feeling of wellbeing.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend yoga classes at our Port Solent studio. We also welcome pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to relax and exercise, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

The studio is home to a number of fantastic yoga instructors. Extremely experienced, they will help to guide you through your practice. Able to adapt sequences for every ability, beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
