Having three group exercise studios means we can offer a fabulous range of classes, with something for everyone. Our Mind & Body studio is specially designed for holistic exercise, such as yoga and Pilates, while our High Intensity studio is perfect for high energy training, such as BODYPUMP™ and BODYATTACK™. We also run lots of great classes in our Group Cycling studio – perfect if you want to feel that burn. Try a new class – it could become a favourite!
