As well as yoga classes, we offer Pilates mat classes. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core to benefit the whole body, but there's usually some flexibility work, too.

What to bring to a yoga class at David Lloyd Oxford & how to book

Wear comfortable clothing for our yoga classes, and it's a good idea to bring a water bottle if you're doing a dynamic session. A pair of grip gloves and/or socks can help you feel extra-secure. We have everything else you need, such as yoga mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Booking is easy with the David Lloyd Clubs app. Simply navigate to the timetable from the home screen and select the session you want.
