Have you tried a Woodway Curve treadmill?

If you’ve not heard of a Woodway Curve treadmill, then you’re in for a treat! We’ve got two of the machines in our gym, and our members love them. They’re a curved treadmill that are completely self-powered – meaning you’ll know you’re working out using zero electricity. That’s not all that you’re going to love about them – because you’ll be powering the movement of the belt, you could burn up to 30% more calories. Now that’s statistics we like to read!  

Gym and Fitness at Oxford

Our gym in Oxford is a little different to others you may have been in – we don’t have a weights area, a cardio area, and a stretching area. Whilst all those zones are placed around our state-of-the-art gym, we’ve laid it out so that every section feels integrated into one. We think this helps you get the most from your workout – you can jump from bicep curls, and chest presses, to sprints on the Wattbikes, or burpees in no time. Plus, there’s a great atmosphere in the gym – this is not only down to our expert Personal Trainers (who are always on hand to help), but also to the fact our members get to know each other over the years. You’ll be welcomed into the gym and there are plenty of clubs for you to get involved in - Triathlon club, or our Cycling club to name a few. Come and take a look!
