We have a huge range of classes, aimed at all sorts of fitness levels, so it’s easy to find one that’s right up your street. Our brilliant instructors are sure to keep you motivated with some great tunes, and you’ll soon love a workout on the bike!

Set in its own purpose-built studio, Blaze combines cardiovascular training with strength, boxing and martial arts skills to give an intense workout. New to David Lloyd Oxford!

Here at David Lloyd Oxford we offer a great range of yoga classes. They are the perfect way to stretch, increase your flexibility, muscle strength and tone.

Fitness Classes Oxford

Group exercise means variety here at David Lloyd Oxford, and we’re certainly true to our word. With three fantastic studios, you’ll have so much choice when it comes to your workout. Our glass-fronted High Impact studio can fit 40 people for a heart-pumping session, there are 22 Keiser bikes in our Group Cycling studio, and our lovely tranquil Mind & Body area fits 15. Plus, we offer something unique here to get your fitness levels up too. Try our Functional Fitness Training in the outdoor zone, The Shed. It is sure to get your heart beating! If you’re not sure what it is think a high intensity workout that includes all sorts of things like metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, Olympic lifting and mobility training. With at least three sessions running each weekday, you’ve got to give it a try!
