Mat Pilates classes are an excellent way to build strength and improve flexibility. With regular practice, you'll take what you've learnt on the mat into your everyday life, too, from improved posture to ease of movement.
Our expert instructors will teach you how to isolate and strengthen your core muscles, giving you a full-body workout that protects your back and joints.
We have evening, daytime and morning sessions, so you're sure to find Pilates classes to suit your schedule.
Reformer Pilates lets you take your strengthening workouts to the next level. The movements are similar to mat Pilates, but the use of resistance adds a whole new dimension.
Our small group Reformer classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience, as our instructors can personalise the movements according to your ability. If you're completely new to Reformer, book onto one of our taster sessions to discover the fundamentals.
All our Pilates classes take place in our beautiful Mind & Body studio, which was recently been remodelled to create a serene space for your workouts. We provide the equipment you need, from mats to magic circles. There are lockers right outside the studio for storing small items such as phones.
Our inspirational instructors will guide you to get the most from your Pilates class, whatever your level of experience. Pilates moves can be easily modified to suit different abilities. As you grow stronger, you can progress to more advanced moves.

You may wish to spend time using in the Spa Retreat, using hot and cold therapy. We have a dedicated recovery area in our gym with the very latest equipment to promote post-exercise recovery. You could also enjoy an award-winning coffee in the inviting Clubroom. Or maybe a swim is what's needed? The choice is yours.

Yes, we have changing rooms with lockers, showers, hair dryers, hair straighteners and personal care products.
