Yoga

Yoga includes physical postures or ‘asanas’, breathing techniques and meditation. It can transform your health on many different levels, improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Our classes will help to bring you calm, clarity and an overall sense of inner well-being.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as ‘Flow Yoga’, Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are the same.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.

Power Yoga

In this class you’ll experience a powerful and dynamic form of yoga. Positions are short and powerful enabling you to improve cardio endurance and your ability to focus on one activity for longer periods of time.

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
