Group Exercise at Maidstone

Having three group exercise studios means we can offer a fabulous range of classes, with something for everyone. Our peaceful Mind & Body studio is home to our holistic classes, and you’ll find a range of high energy sessions such as BODYPUMP™ and BODYJAM™ in our High Impact studio. We have a fantastic group cycling studio too, plus we run classes in our pool, including Aqua and even scuba diving courses!
